1. Parties

Subject (Submissive): Tamika — adult site subject of sissytamika.com (she/her in public Dom copy).

Leverage Holders: Any visitor currently holding the Dom seat under site rules; plus automated site systems operating within this Covenant and other signed consents.

Platform: sissytamika.com (static site + authorized APIs / Redis board / consent ledger). Site maintainers may change code under operator control.

2. Nature of this instrument

1. This Covenant is voluntary adult erotic power exchange framed as CNC (consensual non-consent) digital leverage — sometimes called “consensual blackmail” in kink language.
2. It is not a contract to commit, demand, or enforce real-world illegal blackmail, extortion, fraud, doxxing of bystanders, or computer crime.
3. It is intended to protect both parties by defining authorized leverage, hard stops, revoke, and mutual warranties of good faith within negotiated play.
4. Courts may not enforce every erotic term; both parties still rely on this writing as the clear record of what was consented and what was forbidden.

3. Definitions

Leverage Material

Content the Subject provides or that the Platform already holds with her consent: photo proofs she uploads; Dom-board task status; shame/proof walls; album secrets; masked identity crumbs she authorized; links she published; obedience / miss states; Dom chat about her; captions she authorized for her own accounts.

Leverage Act

Threats, teasing, deadlines, public board humiliation, progressive exposure states, mean language that escalates over time, Diabolical Day windows, and similar site-tool pressure that treats Leverage Material as if it were “owned.”

Hard Stop

Non-negotiable ban. Overrides mood, tasks, mean intensity, and this Covenant’s erotic language.

Soft Stop

Strong preference: mask or omit rather than publish raw sensitive detail.

4. Authorization (what Subject authorizes)

Subject voluntarily authorizes Leverage Holders to:

1. Use Leverage Material for erotic CNC pressure and humiliation about Subject only.
2. Speak and act as if they “own” that leverage (including blackmail-style language) while remaining inside Platform tools and this Covenant.
3. Assign photo-proof tasks, deadlines (~24h default), one open task at a time, starting at roughly one new order per day and gauging capacity over time.
4. Escalate mean intensity over calendar time and unfinished-work history (patience thins), still only for Subject’s humiliation or unfinished tasks — never random cruelty.
5. Run Diabolical Day or similar max-pressure modes only when justified by board state and still without stacking open overdue assigns.
6. Propose additional consent contracts; Subject remains free to refuse or revoke.

5. Hard stops (bind both parties)

Neither party may request, perform, or “roleplay into” the following as real action:

• Minors / anyone under 18 in any sexual or leverage context.
• Non-consenting third parties as targets of exposure, contact, or leverage (housemates, crushes, coworkers, family, prior play partners included) unless that person separately and currently signs their own written consent for that specific use.
• Collecting or publishing third-party phone numbers, emails, street addresses, government IDs, or workplace identifiers as blackmail stock.
• Real-world illegal blackmail, extortion, fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized access.
• Credential theft, attacking systems, ransomware, or leaking Platform secrets / env keys.
• Inventing real crimes or false police/employer threats as if true outside CNC fiction.

Soft stops: Prefer masked crumbs (***). No raw Subject phone/email/street on public walls unless Subject has explicitly authorized that specific crumb type.

6. Protections for Subject

1. Revoke: Subject may revoke this Covenant from the Tamika inbox at any time. Future Leverage Acts under this grant must stop. Pre-existing public states may already exist; revoke is not a time machine.
2. Phrase + typed name: Electronic acceptance uses checkbox + typed name + I CONSENT under contract id master-covenant (timestamp stored). Optional companion id consensual-blackmail.
3. Safeword / safe signal: Revoke anytime; Dom-chat traffic light (RED stop / YELLOW slow / GREEN continue); close impractical tasks with a reason. Safety check-ins are always allowed.
4. Pace: One open assigned task; daily quota starts at one; no thrash stacking.
5. No third-party harvest: Subject is not required to supply others’ numbers or identities as leverage.
6. Honesty: Leverage Holders will not claim they hacked or stole what they only searched publicly or received via consent.

7. Protections for Leverage Holders & Platform

1. Subject warrants she is an adult and signs voluntarily, not under unlawful coercion.
2. Subject will not treat authorized CNC language or site exposure as real-world illegal blackmail after the fact while this grant was active and hard stops were respected.
3. Subject will not demand Leverage Holders commit crimes, attack systems, or contact third parties without those parties’ own consent.
4. Platform and local coding agents may refuse out-of-bounds requests; refusal is not breach.
5. Subject authorizes logging of consent accept/revoke and board events for safety and continuity.
6. Subject accepts that erotic CNC copy is intense by design when she is late or unfinished, within hard stops — that intensity may grow over time under Dom ownership of the board.

8. Scope of Leverage Material (inclusive list)

• Proofs uploaded at /tasks/ and public proof teases.
• Open / overdue / completed task titles and deadlines on the Dom board.
• Shame wall, obedience score, miss streak, temp exposure / clues when late.
• Album secrets and masked identity crumbs Subject authorized.
• Links and authorizations Subject published via consent contracts.
• Optional: Subject’s own contact only if she separately authorizes chat/SMS — never third-party contacts.

9. Term, revoke, survival

1. Starts when Subject signs electronically (and/or wet-signs this A4 and photo-proofs it).
2. Continues until revoked or Platform permanently retires the consent system.
3. Hard stops and mutual warranties in §§5–7 survive revoke as records of past agreed limits.

10. Electronic + wet signature

Either or both of the following constitute acceptance of this Covenant:

1. Electronic: /consent/ (or inbox) accept of master-covenant with checkbox + typed name + I CONSENT.
2. Wet / photo-proof: Print this A4, complete signature block below, photograph the full page (or both pages if printed double-sided) as Dom proof.
